The association will maintain the esthetic appearance of the outside of the walls on the exterior of the community, but the homeowner is responsible to prevent damages from occurring from within your yard.
Some major causes of damage to the walls is moisture and trees. Cracking and leaning walls pose a safety issue and must be taken care of immediately.
